These terms govern the use of the website movelantra.com, owned by Movelantra S.L., in accordance with applicable Spanish and European law.

Movelantra S.L., tax ID B-87234561, registered in the Madrid Commercial Registry, Volume 45,213, Sheet 88, Page M-815,432, with registered office at Calle Velázquez 24, 4th floor, 28001 Madrid.
2. Purpose
Movelantra is an editorial initiative with no direct commercial purpose, focused on outreach about the ecological transition, renewable energy and sustainable agriculture in Spain. The site does not provide financial or advisory services.
3. Acceptable use
The user undertakes to use the site diligently, without altering its operation, without introducing malicious software and respecting current legislation and the rights of third parties.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the site (texts, images, marks) is protected by the Spanish Intellectual Property Law (RDL 1/1996). Total or partial reproduction requires prior authorisation, except for academic citation with attribution.
