At Movelantra S.L. we respect your privacy and comply with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

2. Data we collect
We only collect data you voluntarily provide through the newsletter subscription form: name and email. We do not collect sensitive data or special categories of data.
3. Purpose
Your data is used solely to send the weekly Eco newsletter with educational content on renewable energy, sustainability and agriculture. No automated profiling with legal consequences is carried out.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your free, informed and specific consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR). You may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
5. Retention
We retain your data as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we erase your data within a maximum of 30 days, except for legal retention obligations.
6. Disclosure to third parties
We do not share your data with third parties, except for email delivery providers based in the European Union and bound by a data-processing agreement.
7. Your rights
You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by writing to privacy@movelantra.com. You may also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures: HTTPS encryption, access controls, audit logs and internal data-protection training.
